One of the best restaurants in Ilmenau. Everything is very delicious, and after the renovation, this place looks so nice. The 'Rumpsteak' and other meat dishes are extremely delicious.

We visited for Sunday lunch. The staff was friendly and responsive, though they felt a bit distant. The atmosphere, especially outside, was very enjoyable, but sitting inside under a glass rooftop without air conditioning can be quite uncomfortable during summer. The food was decent, with generous portions at a fair price. However, the cutlet 'Wiener Art' was quite thin and, combined with the sauce, was only mediocre. On the other hand, the salmon and the salad with chicken were definitely better.

The menu offers a wide variety of food, the prices are a little bit high and the food is very tasty. The environment and setting of the restaurant are exceptional. Best restaurant in Ilmenau Downside: the lead waiter is completely rude. (Otherwise it would be a five stars rating)
